Vi testar ett nytt sätt att samordna kommuners alla ansträngningar att ge alla elever en fair chans att gåt ut med godkända betyg. Det krävs bättre samordning och mer resurser till skolan för att skolan ska kunna uppfylla kravet att vara barnens bästa skyddsfaktor. Målet med EFS modellen är att den ska hjälpa skolan och dess ansvariga att samordna alla sina insatser utifrån en gemensam analys och målbild som innefattar skolan som arbetsplats, skolansvariga och lärare, eleverna, föräldrarna, social stödfunktioner, idrott och fritid.
